1.Works within 3D Character - Human/Animal art asset production for our Fitwarz game.
2.Works with Art Direction and Senior Artists to achieve creative and production goals whilst working under own initiative.
3.Work with the Character and Technical Art teams to create balanced, pragmatic and timely solutions to all related technical and aesthetic issues.
1.3+ years of experience in 3D Character, Creature or Character art production.
2.A comprehensive modelling and texturing portfolio showing 3D character, creature or animal art to a very high standard, with specific ability in the representation of realistic anatomy.
1.Extensive experience using 3DStudio Max / Maya / Blender for 3D modelling and Photoshop for texturing.
2.Exceptional sculpting ability in ZBrush/MudBox.
3.A full understanding of all current generation production workflows as they pertain to character art asset production - including an understanding of PBR/Lighting pipelines and shader tools.
4.A keen understanding of Human and Animal anatomy; form, structure and silhouette in respect of economical and appropriate modelling for game target assets and polycounts.
5.Competent in high res to low res baking (this includes all relevant maps, not just normals)
6.Has a detail-obsessed eye for creating and manipulating texture maps and surface patterns, and excellent understanding of the value of UV space.
7.Positive, solution-oriented individual with a sense of humour and passion for making great game art in a team setting.
8.Self-motivated and flexible, with excellent communication skills.
9.Demonstrate exceptional digital sculpting skills and understanding of both human and creature anatomy; as they relate explicitly to specific real-world references and individual concepts, mood boards and directed styling cues.
10.Consistent delivery of high quality art: on-spec and on-time.

1.Technically minded; knows how to use various computer applications, such as: ZBrush, Substance Designer, Illustrator, I ray & Mud box.
2.Three or more years of development experience, ideally having shipped PS4/XBox One console titles as a character artist.
3.An appreciation for research and a keen desire to learn.
4.Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a self-directed manner and to make timely, well-thought out decisions.
5.Great interpersonal skills. Must be able to work closely in a team setting and with other dependent departments.
6.Degree in FineArts is a plus.
7.Diploma / Degree in multimedia is a plus.
8.At least 3+ years of experience as a Modeller from the Mobiles games industry.
9.Basic knowledge of integrating into a commercial game engine: - Unreal or Unity knowledge preferred, but any previous knowledge is helpful.
