Return, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care on 1800-572-6402 / 6303 or emailing us at support@onefitplus.com. Kindly provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, product name and model number, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement


  • Return and Exchange Policy
      1. If you have received a damaged product at the time of delivery, you are eligible for return & replacement of the product. You can reach out to us on 1800-572-6402 / 6303 or email us at support@onefitplus.com immediately. 
      2. Our return & replacement window lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. You are eligible to do return & replacement within this 7 days window only. After that it will be difficult for us to process such requests.
      3. In order to get a return & replacement, you should retain the original box, original packing and invoice - without these it will be difficult for us to process such requests.

  • Cancellations Policy:
      1. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. The entire amount would be refunded to your account. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy. 
      2. We reserve rights to refuse orders cancellation requests in scenarios of inaccuracies in pricing of products on the website and stock unavailability. 
      3. If your order is cancelled for any reason after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card account. 

  • Shipping Policy
      1. If your exchange amount is the same as that of the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. 
      2. In case of damage during transit, it is advised that you do not accept the material from courier delivery personnel and mentioned the reason as "Package in Damaged Condition" 

    • How long would it take for Refund or Replacement shipment?
      1. Once we pick up equipment from your premises, we shall issue refund within 5 working days, in the same original mode of payment. 
      2. In case you have opted for exchange, then delivery of the replacement item will happen in 5 to 6 days (Delivery time varies from pincode to pincode). Once you receive the replacement item, our courier partner will pick up the old machine.
